Our Journey

The roots of RS Real Estate trace back to 2004, when Mr. Pawan Kumar and Mr. Satinder Chaddha began their journey in the dynamic world of Mohali’s property market. Mr. Pawan Kumar started as a dealer, learning the ropes of real estate through persistence, patience, and countless challenges. His determination and deep understanding of client needs soon set him apart in the local market.

By 2009, with over a hundred successful deals as a broker and a vision to build something of his own, Mr. Pawan Kumar founded RS Real Estate. What started in a modest cabin was driven by a simple belief — that honesty and transparency are the true foundations of trust. Within just two years, the company expanded to a larger office, reflecting not only business growth but also the growing trust of its clients.

In 2016, RS Real Estate took a major step forward, starting to buy and sell properties using its own resources. This move marked the beginning of a new era, where the company evolved from being just a consultancy to a full-fledged real estate brand known for reliability and excellence.

Today, RS Real Estate stands proud with a team of more than fifteen dedicated professionals led by Mr. Pawan Kumar, Mr. Satinder Chaddha, and Mr. Ashok Kumar. Together, they have served over a thousand clients, specializing in luxury properties and creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every buyer and seller.
